General Manager of Profiles International - UAE

Hussein's primary responsibility is to develop the business and increase market share by planning and directing the operation through hiring and managing a team of Business Development professionals, Technical Support and Enterprise Solutions Experts to ensure service excellence and high ROI on employee assessments invested by Profiles' clients.

Hussein is a proficient and talented facilitator with multi-sector experience. He has been assisting individuals in developing their Skills successfully in the areas of Talent Identification, Talent Utilization and Talent Development, which pays great dividend in solving various HR challenges faced in today’s war for Talent. A certified Assessor in Occupational Testing from the British Psychological Society in the UK and from Profiles International Psychometric Academy, he oversees the training and certification of Profiles Psychometric Assessors including the know-how of Profiles International’s HR solutions as well as designing and conducting Assessment Centers.

Hussein is also a Certified Coach from Profiles Academy and he has worked with many individuals from different organizational levels to assist them in bridging the gap for better performance. Hussein has participated in Coaching 100+ candidates whether emerging Leaders or already in very Senior Roles in the Public and Private sectors.

Elisa Fabia

Accountant

Elisa Fabia has been with Profiles International for five years, regarded as honest, conscientious and reliable. With her sense of responsibility and self-motivation, she quickly joined Profiles International at the year 2011 carrying a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.

Elisa earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Degree, Major in Accounting. With years of experience, the 43 year old Accountant continues to be a team player in the company by helping other employees to become highly organized and know how to prioritize a substantial work load, working hand in hand with other employees to always deliver the best possible output.

Fakhri Saleh

Client Relationship

Fakhri has over 3 years of experience in human capital programs as well as working with organizations on using talent solutions and linking them to tangible business outcomes.

Fakhri holds BSc in Electrical Engineering from University of Jordan. He is currently a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) & European Federation of Psychologists' Associations (EFPA).

William Garcia

Computer Programmer / Web Developer / SEO / Graphics Designer / IT Support

William has 18 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. His specialty includes computer system design and programming, web development, graphics designing, computer assembly and troubleshooting, and networking.

William graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science at AMA Computer University in the Philippines. He uses Php, HTML, CSS, Javascript, MySql and XML for web development; and Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for graphics designing. He has developed accounting systems, inventory systems, tracking systems and payroll systems and has created several websites.

Shannen Claire Gulla

Administrative Assistant

With passion for customer service, Shannen has 5 years of experience in the Sales and Marketing field delivering high caliber of service and surpassing expectations. She has been exposed to administrative tasks, event organizing, branding and sales related activities during her tenure in the hospitality industry.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Saint Louis University and is currently venturing the Human Resource career with Profiles International Consultancies MENA.

Tania Al-Abdala

Tania is a professional Master Assessor from Profiles International Inc. and professional consultant. Her main responsibilities are to deliver certification training and consultative services to organizations throughout the region.

Tania has extensive experience building and maintaining customized assessment centers for organizations throughout the region. Tania also works closely with our clients to provide technical support in order to ensure that our solutions are fully utilize and provide the maximum benefits.

Dana Abu Ameereh

Business Development Executive

Dana is a professional Master Assessor from Profiles International Inc. Her responsibility is to develop and deliver talent management solutions to organizations throughout MENA region who want to optimize their talents. Dana’s role comprises of consulting with companies, proposing appropriate solutions, and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients. Dana focuses on developing the Jordan market by meeting with clients, answering their inquiries, and providing all the required support to reach their goals.

Dana holds a BSc. Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan, 2011 graduate.
