Terms and Conditions

1. Response to your order and/or enquiry about our exclusive offer will be processed in one business day or less.

2. If Client is Licensed and owns the online Profiles Assessment Center License, purchased Assessments/Tests are valid as long as Annual Renewal Fees are paid to renew the License.

3. If the Client is un-licensed and do not own the online Profiles Assessment Center License, purchased Assessments/Tests are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase only.

4. Multiple purchases is possible between the period.

5. Period of the offer is between the 1st of May 2016 to the 30th of May 2016; inclusive.

6. Purchased Assessments/Tests are non-transferable and non-refundable.

7. Once order is processed, it cannot be reversed.

8. The quoted prices includes the Assessments/Tests reports.

9. The quoted prices excludes the cost of any customization of Performance Models.

10. The quoted prices excludes any consulting work related to post Assessments/Tests.

11. The quoted prices excludes the cost of Assessments/Tests administration by Profiles International. A fee of AED 40 will apply per Assessment/Test per person if administration is performed by Profiles International.

12. For un-licensed Clients only, Assessments/Tests reports will be generated and sent by email to an authorized person by the Client.

13. Requesting hardcopies of the reports will be charged at AED 3 per page per report excluding shipping fees.

14. Offer is not applicable to pending purchases or a purchase made prior to the start date or after the offer dates conclude.

15. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible use of offer and to modify or cancel any promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

16. Offer is subject to change without notice.
